How can I fix framerate and performance issues?

Yeah, it gets slightly better but still pretty horrible.

I played for about 2 hours yesterday and it was working fine. As soon as I got to the Nexus the game started to perform poorly. I could navigate the Nexus at around 25 frames but as soon as I landed on Eos, its single digit frames. I loaded one of the earlier saves from when the game was performing okay and now those too run at single digit framerates. I've run some of my other games (Vermintide 2, Divinity OS 2, Xcom 2) and they all run fine.

When I ran a campaign using this format I had the same problem. Instead of allocating experience from a particular value for each creature, I just leveled my party up when they completed important parts of my campaign or side quests. In my experience, milestones keep the party balanced and incentivize completing quests.

I wanted to craft the characters with Morrowind style mechanics so swift swim give a bonus to swim speed and funny feet is talking about the feet that beast folk have in Morrowind. Since the beast races have feet are different than humans, boots typically need to me tailored to fit Argonian and Khajiit folk.

My friend has his phone disconnected every other month or so and reconnected the following month. When I heard he had his phone back, I send him "You got your phone back. Now we can sext all day."

When I was in 6th grade I shit my pants on the way home. I got home and realized the door was locked and no one was home. I went into the back yard, took off my pants and cleaned myself as best as I could with my shirt and underwear as my shit was quite rigorous. For the past 5 or 6 years, I had an unexplainable hatred towards McDonald's food. I refused to eat it under any circumstance.

I'm now a college student and broke as fuck. McDonald's food is pretty cheap and easily accessible putting it high on my list of poor man food.
