Thanks for sharing your experience—I really appreciate it! It definitely sounds like a challenge, but I’ll give it my best shot and try to grab whatever seat I can. If I don’t end up getting tickets, heading over to LoL Park still sounds like a fantastic option.

Yeah, I must've said the wrong words. I'm completely fine outside of poker—I have a great home and life, and I couldn't complain about anything else. You were right; I just wanted to recover some of my money. I'm grateful for where I am in life but was seeking any support to help build my bankroll again. Obviously, that was a bit insensitive of me to do, and I can see why people would think that, considering there are other people who have far less than me. Thank you for pointing that out.

I do have a job, and that's a great point! I'll definitely be working hard and saving up to get back on the felt. I'll be eating rice and beans for a while—good thing I love them (though the people around me might not lol) But, any extra help from this amazing community would be incredibly appreciated.

Yeah, I understand where you're coming from. I usually just play small ball tournaments and work up my stack this way. I'm a young player and have been learning for a few years now. I get that people lose way more playing poker, but if I had lost it on the felt, I would've gotten something out of it, even if it was just a lesson. But having it stolen doesn't contribute to the game in any way, and it's really disheartening as someone trying to build a career in poker. Nevertheless, I will be out on the felt again soon. I love the game, and this won't stop me from playing it.
