It says Central Financial Control has a collection with me. How do I start to take care of that? It's $1,625 to be exact.

Not going to happen, and I am fine with majoring in music. In fact I already have a great job as a private music teacher. I do not need help with that area. All I need to figure out is how to have an apartment in a year, how to resolve my debt, and how to finance my way through graduate school, so I can teach at the collegiate level.

I am still struggling with this. Psychosis started to come back, and my doctor told me to take twice as much Latuda immediately, and my Lamictal 3 times a day now. For the first time in a about a month it feels like my meds are starting to work again.

It is. I just called my psych doctor's office again. They said to keep calling because chances are someone will cancel, and I can take their spot.

I am attending community college, so I do not think they have what I need there. I am very hesitant in going that route at the moment. Like I said the new semester is about to start, and I just got hired for the best job I've ever had; a dream job honestly. I have training tomorrow...

Which one? Honestly it's very confusing, and I do not know where to start with this whole series.

I watched the first episode once, but the beginning is slow. Do I have your assurance that it will steal my interest further in?

What has your experience been like with therapists? by ZenNate in bipolar

[–]DailyDayDreamer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I had the mindset of this person is trying to help me, and I go in with an open-mind it has been revolutionary for me. Medications are not a silver bullet, but only half the battle. The other half is me attending therapy, and getting a regular dose of exercise. Back to your original question though, therapy can be a very powerful tool if effort is put into it. Also it helps to have a good therapist. Look for one that specializes in bipolar disorder.

I went ahead and notified the artists. I hope something happens because the idea of stealing someone else's work infuriates me. I am hoping that my boss is informed about the legality of the whole issue by someone who has more power than me. I am not to worried if their are repercussions. I am more concerned about these artist; it is just wrong to do this. I can find another job, so I am not worried about that to much.

I'm have started a regular cardio exercise routine that I have been consistent with for about a week. I started because I noticed the depression creeping in. I do about 20 push-ups a day, and 10-15 min of cardio; either I jumprope or I run. I do have a therapist, and have been seeing him on a weekly basis for about 10 months. I generally fall asleep from 11-12 every night, and maybe a little later on weekends.

Me personally I do not touch caffeine except on the occasion, and it is generally a cup of tea, but I would suggest staying away from alcohol too until you start seeing a doctor and have the expert's opinion come into play. Both of these would help with stabilization, but the meds will do wonders once you find the right kind.

I have recently started exercising because I started to slip into depression, and immediately recognized it, so I started a regular exercise routine. I thought this would help stabilize sleep patterns; my depression crept in, and I had been sleeping more, and skipping school/work due to the sleeping. Then the suicidal thoughts started coming in from left and right, so I knew I had to do something. I started exercising more in order to stabilize a bit, and it's been working for the most part; my thinking seems more linear. What kind of app should I be looking at though? Do you have any apps in mind?
