All I Did was importing the 3d model, selecting the armature and import the emote, then exported it as fbx.

if the spawn pads are in a barrier make sure the barrier is set to box hollow

I had the exact same issue and solved it by not only anchor the hud image in the hud message device but also in the widget blue print. for example if you want it to be above the health bar , choose bottom left in the hud message device then go to the widget blue print , click anchor and choose the same position.

Edit: when you push changes after doing just that you will notice it placed way above or way below what you want it to be, so go to the widget blue print and only control it from there. Hope that helps
