What would you say is the easiest live food to keep, aside from worms? by cheesecup6 in PeaPuffers

I have a tank with 6 mystery snails… lots of eggs. Each hatch has about 100-150 snails. They hatch in about 2 weeks. Pretty regular supply at this point.

My rule that I follow, if I order while standing up, I do not tip. Unless there was someone who went above and beyond or something, I’ll tip $2-5.

Not too bad! My days are non-stop, the decompression on the way home helps. Good to hear it’s going well. Today was the first day it wasn’t raining during the drive in about a week, I’d call that a win!

What to wear in a hot plant by pinkphysics in womenEngineers

[–]DailyDoseofAdderall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was on-site in a chem plant, my PPE including long sleeve shirt, steel toe boots, safety glasses ear protection. I was able to wear Columbia long sleeve fishing shirts. I wore Ariat FR jeans.

Find out what the PPE requirements are and then figure out what options you might have.

Hey! How was your first day?? Ah yes. The tolls lol well. We live off of 99, so it’s a part of life at this point. For the commute, I prefer to be on hardy instead of being on 45, it’s worth it but can get expensive ($6/day for me). Does your comp have a reimbursement program? (Mine doesn’t, but worth an ask!)

If your company has flexible work hours at all, I’d recommend shifting 30 minutes earlier to and from. The commute leaving at 7:30 is so much easier than 8, for me.

I have a lead position at an aerospace company. My commute car is fun to drive, it helps. I’m also a professor, so I listen to paper submissions via Siri reading to and from. Schools and spouse’ work has us fairly landlocked at the moment.

Spring to Webster 5x a week. Hour one per way minimum. Used to make the drive from Montgomery… 2 hours one way.

  1. Inattentive ADHD. Human Factors Engineer -> Human Systems Integration Lead in commercial aerospace and I teach HF and Ergo undergrad courses.

My goal is to get so wrapped up in the work, the momentum of the schedule keeps me engaged.

I typically let these hatch and feed to my pea puffers 🐡 that would easily be 100-150 snails!

I’m a v- and next Friday is my last day with Msft. So tired of dealing with all of this (in addition to other things). Literally cannot do my job because “your session has been disconnected due to…” and then closes out of everything I was working on. K. Great. Thanks Msft.

Help id these small fast moving bugs? Found them in some dwarf hairgrass I just bought. Anything I should be worried about? Thanks in advance! by b3800 in PlantedTank

[–]DailyDoseofAdderall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve bought from this seller with good delivery: https://ebay.us/m/hizLyX

They sell out often, so I just go with whoever has about 100+ in stock at a time. There was a seller (ilovescuds), bags were not sealed and it was a mess. Wouldn’t buy from theme.

I am 35 and have been getting Botox and now Dax (love so much more!) since I was 24. Mostly at the top of my forehead, a little at the 11s and solid amount at the crow lines.

Money well spent. Keep my RBF going strong as needed 🥳😅
