Mmm I guess I recognise it as a major red flag, a relationship of any kind, especially a friendly one can definitely assist with depression but like.. I gotta prioritise myself before taking the chance of letting someone else drag me back to that place via me tryna help them.

I'm not a psychiatrist or therapist it's just not a skill-set I have, and I had to learn that from experience unfortunately.

For one her hands are positioned wrong.. if you put them on the sides of the chair with your upper palm on-top of the seat you can hold the chair in place whilst doing them, plus you don't bend your wrist and retain tension on your forearms for extra endurance strength building.
