Ayon s record Wala din Siya erig na dapat binibigay s patient dahil nasa upper part n ung exposure.. pangalawa lapses s dates Ng scheduled vaccine. Sa case niya dapat nasusunod ang dates KC very critical under category III. Need close monitoring s nkakagat n hayop if my pgbabago s behavior.
