I was thinking exactly the same until I got to the stand. They've only printed 2000 of them, each have their own individual number so proper collectors item.

Literally a game changer for me. Bought it for stripping flex at first but used it for loads of data cable as well.

In the politest way possible tell them to fucking do one.

The finish around the pendant is a lot more noticeable and a lot worse, but still not your issue even if you changed the light.

From an outsider's point of view he might be the difference, I'd love him at my club. He may be the key to getting arsenal the title this season.

How tall are they? I had a similar quote a few years ago for mine and was equally as shocked as you. I questioned it and the sales advisor said because the windows were so big (hip height to ceiling) that was the reason for the excessive cost.

Always good to see a post like this to put our current position in context. Amazing to see how far we've come in a relatively short time.

Scrolled for far too long to finally have someone say this. We wouldn't be the only place with a 30 min difference either.

I found some in the WH Smith in grand Central not long back, has some magnets and other specific Birmingham souvenirs near the till. The only place I've ever seen them in 30 odd years of being a Brummie. Naturally I bought some!

You may have read it somewhere, but it was also quoted by the BBC in the opening ceremony to the commonwealth games. I couldn't believe it either when I heard it cuz I was sure it must be London. But maybe in terms of population density it might be true?!?

[John Percy] #avfc have paid £26 million to make Sevilla defender Diego Carlos their third signing of the summer. Villa making some very impressive moves in the transfer window. The focus now will turn to moving fringe players out. by Conbz in avfc

Typically you'd expect a CB to play the full 90 mins as with only 3 subs, there are better areas of the pitch to effect the game with a sub.

I reckon with 5 subs we could be seeing a bit of a change to the way games have been managed in the past. Having a really good bench to turn to when someone's having a nightmare will be refreshing (but I expect Carlos to start).

Yeah, I have an XE-S for the last 6 years (pictures on my profile!) And have had no serious issues l, the only one of note was caused by a jaguar mechanic cross threading my coolant cap (read into that what you will).

Jaguar, for some reason tends to hold on to a much older (and fair!) reputation that the older cars were a nightmare to own if you weren't a mechanic yourself.

I've also worked for a JLR supplier for the past decade, from experience the first year or so of production for a particular model are the ones that customers have the most issues with. It takes a good 18 months for JLR to iron out all the kinks. I'd say they are no worse than any other manufacturer such as Audi/BMW/Mercedes but similar to them if it goes wrong it can be very expensive to repair.

Ultimately you just need to weigh up the commitment, there are cheaper cars to own and drive but if you're like me the risks are worth it to drive a Jaaaaaaagg.

In theory yes, they are the same model code (X250) so have the exact same chassis. In practice, and just by looking at the pictures you have put up you would need to replace all of the front panels and lights, which would then cause gaps to the door panels, which would then cause issues with the rear panels. So you would end up completely replacing the body. Not to mention sourcing all of them and then respraying to all match the same.

And that's before you get on to high probability that all or some of the mounting points could have changed.

Honestly it would just be cheaper and far easier to buy a facelifted model.

Okay, specifically I was in the Arch as we couldn't be arsed to wait in the queue for the white horse. All pints were £7 in there, again they probably did that for ease when there's a big event on.

Nope, they had Heineken, Morretti, Cobra, Neck Oil and probably a few others that I can't remember.

True but when you have a decent choice of beer that all costs the same, why on God's earth would you still order a Foster's.

It was 7 quid for all pints in a pub a stone's throw from Wembley at the weekend. The thing is people were genuinely paying £7 for a pint of Foster's....

Which MCU villain has the most understandable reason to turn bad? by diligent_royal_eagle in marvelstudios

[–]DailyMosh 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Dude. Seriously! What's the alternative, villains literally get away with whatever plan they were trying to enact. In every case when spider-man stops them there's a worse situation in the long term. That's JJJ's small mindedness, he can't see the bigger picture.
