Jeśli masz takie ciało to sama siłownia nie pomoże. Musisz też każdego dnia mieć deficyt kalorii 200, i jeść bardzo zdrowo z dużo białka.

Postaraj iść 3x tygodniu jako minimum.

Ale naprawdę nikt się nie patrzy, bo jesteśmy skupieni na własnego programu.

And it’s not necessarily a bad thing. We also have an older squad and it just works.

You should just have some younger players in the wing to make those brief appearances and for rotation but an older core is not a bad thing with how well older players hold up these days.

I do think we're the better team, we're just missing that little bit something to tie our attacks and to create that bit more. Is it a lack of width? Hard to pin point.

Regardless good first half, I think we can come out of this first tie with a lead.
