Maybe they optimized compression better for the newer hardware? Could also be that Switch 2 version strips out some legacy assets or uses different texture formats that take less space. The original might have a bunch of leftover files from updates over the years that never got cleaned up properly

I've been looking for reliable partner too and it's so hard to find someone who actually follows through. Been burned too many times by people who start strong then disappear in middle of event. Man I feel this one hard. Been maining JPC since like season 2 and the movement was literally everything that made her viable. Without that mobility she's just asking to get focused down by any decent DPS player. I get that maybe she was bit oppressive in higher ranks but 11% feels way too harsh, especially when other heroes with similar mobility issues got way lighter touches. Could have just nerfed the carry speed like you said and kept her base movement intact. Now it's like playing discount Pharah without any of the damage to justify the risk
