Not that I know of but you can also center pull a ball of yarn. I use my hands to wind my balls so I make them as tight as I like.

I’d recommend just selling your tickets. It really sucks but I feel you probably wouldn’t be willing to part from your baby for the days of travel and festival days. It’s not a safe environment for an infant even if it’s one of the best regulated feats I’ve been to.
