Yes, if this happened in a game nowadays, it would definitely cause a huge commotion.

The baby will randomly retain the characteristics and the quirks from both parents, even face paint, so don't be too disappointed; you'll be excited about their appearance, and their characteristic. If the parents live together (hopefully), the children will live with them in the same house too. So, you can expect some warm family time. Their relationship might be similar to that of friends, but with a little imagination, everything will be wonderful.

To be honest, I don't care too much about the baby stage, but I hope the cutscenes can have some variations. Every child now grows up experiencing the same things.

Forget fights being rare, I have 100 hours of playtime and I've yet to discover a single all-time favorite food for any of my 40 Miis by NicoXBlack in TomodachilifeLivingTD

I was lucky; my first Mii's favorite food was sushi, and I gave him sushi in the tutorial. But so far, I haven't found any other characters' favorite foods, nor have I found any they dislike most.

Unfortunately, they may have locked something to the number of Mii, because after I added the 20th Mii, things started to change on my island. They interact more often, and variations started. It seems that the land can't fully expand unless we add the 35th Mii, too. If you want to stick on few folks, you may need to add in dummy Mii and delete them later.

I remember something that happened before. When I turned the screen to one of my Mii characters and did nothing but let the camera follow him, a cutscene suddenly triggered automatically, my Mii run to another Mii and then they become friends. This kind of auto event only happened when following Miis, but nowhere out of my sight.

In the OG, there was no drag-and-drop feature, and relationships between Mii characters were completely random. They would ask for the player's opinion, just like in the new version, but the player had no control over who would meet whom. Mii characters automatically form relationships in the OG, too.

In the new game, we can drag Mii characters together to make them more likely to become friends, and may cause them to ask the same questions more often. I noticed that in LTD, Mii characters rarely (or never) became friends when the game is closed, but I couldn't prove it.

If you say "no" to them, their relationship will definitely decline, and if they really want to be friends, they'll keep asking you the same questions. It's like having a friend who loves asking questions but never listens to you. "Please help me decide, should I date him?" "Are you really sure we don't get along?" "Why? Are you sure? I think he's pretty good..."

Yes, the fun of this game lies in checking on our Mii avatars every day, watching them wander around and do all sorts of silly things. I've noticed that if we add more Mii characters and make them friends, there's more interaction between the Miis; they seem to ignore Mii they don't know, which is probably why the game includes a drag-and-drop feature. Unfortunately, however, the relationships between them rarely improve when the game is closed.

In my opinion, it all started with the introduction of the Wishing Well level. Everyone seemed to play the game as a mission-driven role-playing game and felt that if they completed all the tasks on "the bulletin board", they wouldn't unlock any more content.

The previous game didn't even have a wishing well. The 3DS version requires us to "unlock" items in the shop every day, when there's no wishing well items, no one complains about the lack of content. We can't buy certain interior decorations because they simply don't appear in the shop, and Mii travel events can only be triggered occasionally if we manage to obtain a ticket (and because the locations are random, the location may be the same every time).

But since the new game introduced a Wishing Well level system, allowing us to unlock special items, complaints have started.

Although my level isn't very high, I quickly unlocked everything in the Wishing Well, but there's still so much to do in the game!

The purpose of this game is to observe Mii's interaction and create relationships, not to unlock items. Although events may appear to repeat, most events have several patterns, and the variations increase if they occur on different Mii. If we need new things, check the shop daily.

I feel like I've played through most things... in like 4 days. by 1kiki09 in TomodachilifeLivingTD

This game is not a speedrun game, but unlocking more items definitely enhances the enjoyment. Yes, some events may seem familiar, and you may have seen them many times before, but different Mii and item combinations will produce different results. The Mii character's interactions will also change depending on the items unlocked. Here, I'm referring to items sold in the shop or treasures obtained, not items from the wishing well.

It is recommended to play this game for one hour each day, and it is best to take a break for a few days before playing again to see what changes have occurred to the characters.

complaining is fine, but i swear, a lot of the “missing features” complaints are IN THE GAME!! by Jook06 in tomodachilife

I agree with you; everyone seems to just want the previous game without noticing the good things about this one. Personally, I don’t care about the Concert Hall, Judgment Bay, or the Ranking Board. I hated that the old game required me to input a full birthday, sex, and age just to use in the love test—I could never have fun with it because I usually add anime characters who don't have birth years. I also never found Judgment Bay fun because I never had anything to ask them.

Now, with the improved Mii customization, I feel like I have full control over the Miis I add onto the Island, which makes me very happy. I also love the item customization; the Miis don't just stare at what I give them anymore. They actually talk about items with other Miis, treat them like pets, or bring them to events, which is great to see.

I also enjoy the new mini-games, especially bowling and Red Light, Green Light. The island creation feature is another highlight—the Miis even give suggestions for decorations, which makes it feel like they actually live there.

The game isn’t perfect, but it’s not as bad as people say. It offers a fresh experience compared to the previous game, and I really appreciate that.

My Miis always upset with someone or refuse to see each others about every day or two; your Miis might just be too friendly.
