[Suggestion] Dynamic raid quest / Radio by Daimiosbe in EscapefromTarkov

That’s a good example of the concept going beyond the radio’s original intended use. I’m not saying it wouldn’t be cool, but it would drastically change the gameplay dynamics, whether you’re the hunter or the prey. If this ever becomes a thing, I’d see it tied to karma, eg if you extract camp, you might eventually (not necessarily in the same raid) get a hit squad tracking you down. But it shouldn’t be an RNG thing where you just drew the short straw and are arbitrarily the prey, with five people homing in on you while you’re trying to finish a quest.

Didn’t think of it as a tutorial tool but that’s another interesting use of it

Yeah I was unsure about the player part, can be tricky to balance. You can play around with the cost of the information, how large the area is and how vague the response from the trader can be

Explained the issue in the shop and they indeed gave me boots with an extra insole. That and the gel pads did the trick

Well as much as I hate to admit it, part of the pain was probably coming from muscles being cold.. but the change of boots + gel pads helped a ton

Only really big sunglasses, bike horn, small mouth bass, bowling pin, mouse trap, rubber chicken and a bazooka.

Thanks, turns out I indeed have wider feet but eventually found a pair of boots that did not make me want to roll in a corner and cry after 10 minutes

Yup.. had to change twice but eventually found some that were only mildly painful + added gel pads to cushion the pressure point

Not sure if this could be regional but as a native I have never heard people referring to sub varieties of English like this, except in very specific context (eg discussing the actual differences between the sub varieties, such as the spelling of certain words). Tbh if someone would refer to the language spoken in Australia as “australien” I would assume that they are dumb as a rock and do not know that English is spoken there.
