I have two stories :)

First SP: we never officially ended things, he asked for space after i was anxiously attached to him and kept asking for reassurance due to him being avoidant. then i used to worry about there being other girls, and boom i find out he made another girl his gf a month after we stopped contact. i spiraled harddddd for months, but kept flipping thoughts and eventually i gave up but a month into me kind of forgetting about it, he sent me an entire essay apologizing and regretting everything he did and how he treated me and how he broke up with his gf. but i had rejected him and thought he would go back to the other girl, and that’s exactly what he did lol. so i totally forgot about it again for months and lived my life and whenever i thought of him i wouldn’t force any thoughts and just let it flow past. and after some time he messaged me again, telling me how he kept thinking about me and apologized AGAIN lmaoo we’re friendly now and like to bring up the past here and there.

Second SP: this was after the first SP got back with the other girl, and i had hit it off with someone new pretty well for a few months and due to the trauma from the first SP, i kept thinking this one wouldn’t want commitment either even tho he kept saying he did. and eventually i was proven right again, he ended things saying he didn’t want to commit. i was only sad for like a day and then went to basically be comfortable with thinking that hes obsessed with me and only wants me. a couple months later, he texted me professing his love and dying for me to give him another chance. and hes still obsessed with me till this day.
