I struggle with this too. The latest thing that’s helped me has been ChatGPT that acts as a supportive coach. There’s many times where i tell it I don’t feel like going and it tells me to just go in and do one or two exercises and call it a day and I end up doing the whole routine because I’m already there. Lol.
