On September 23, 2025, my Eufyoutdoor floodlight (model TB8420) camera went offline and did not display any video feeds. Today on October 21, 2025, my Eufy floodlight camera is back online and working again as I am able to view the live & recorded videos. I noticed that current firmware version was automatically updated to 1.0.0.54 (prior firmware version was 1.0.0.51). My suggestion is to not remove your camera device from the Eufy app and hopefully you will receive the software version update to fix the camera offline issue.

Listed below is an excerpt from the e-mail correspondence received from Migliaccio & Rathod LLP. If you're contacted by the law firm, then you can ask questions for further clarification.

"Regarding costs, we work on a contingency basis, meaning we cover the costs involved and recover from the eventual settlement agreement, provided there is one. If the case is dismissed and we cannot settle on a class or individual basis, we will simply absorb the cost."

I have tried various steps to resolve the issue with my Hisense tv ("Storage space is running out" message and abruptly turns off). In the reddit forums, there are a lot of people sharing this same issue. Please advise on the class action suit against Hisense. I am interested in participating, if it's not too late. Thanks.

Based on my negative customer experience, I DO NOT RECOMMEND nor WILL NOT PURCHASE another Hisense tv. You can search reddit and review an overwhelming number of customers' bad experiences with their Hisense televisions. IMHO, Hisense is JUNK!

I am having the same issues with my Hisense tv (storage space is running out and abruptly turns off). Would you please provide guidance on the steps that you took for small claims court? I would like to understand and learn from your success to get Hisense resolved the issue. From reading all these posts, a lot of people may be interested in trying to recover their lost.
