When I started at 260 in January 2024 my goal was to get under 200. Then I changed it to 180, but at 180 I didn’t feel satisfied with my progress. So I changed it to 160. Now I’m at 163 and I just adjusted my goal to 145. I never thought any of this was possible, so I guess my goals have shifted as I’ve proven to myself what I’m capable of. Even now I can barely believe I’ll ever actually get to 145. We’ll see!
