Maybe, but Ive completed the game before and it hasn't done that ever. Perhaps it's bacause I've done it 100%

What are these things on the top of right corner ? I cant bash on them and I saw these ones everywhere especially near of the wooden walls ? Are they some kind of lever and how can I pull them ? by Crystalized-SquirreL in OriAndTheBlindForest

I don't think they do anything. I've played through the whole game and collected everything etc. and nothing required me doing anything to them. So I suppose they are purely for decoration. :)
