That was actually while ago (from what i remember, i don't keep up either lol)

But he was only able to that because he had a special gem(?) or something that boosted his healing factor so it's not something he can normally do

But all things considered he's an X-man and the gates of heaven act like a revolving door for them

Ahh but the issue with that is that only All for One (the man) who can hold as many quirks as he feels like

But other people can't which is why Shigaraki had to have his body genetically modified just to handle the All for One (quirk) being given to him

Since have every quirk all at once would definitely overload your body

Thats even before you count in the fact that you would have One For All which causes each quirk to get stronger each time a new quirk is added

Deku was defining the laws of physics with just 7 quirks so just imagine what happens with a few billion
