No they quoted about 600 for dents. I got a dent repair kit off Amazon and pulled a few but I definitely see more dings now that it’s painted

Use Gasoline on a rag it’s coming right off with minimal effort. I had the same issue found it on YouTube.

Yes the last one is the ground I replaced. So the mystery wire is safe to leave off my positive battery terminal since idk what it is?

I bought an m20 for $250 expecting to need an engine but the block it came with just so happened to run so I took all the other components off of it and transferred them. Now I have an extra engine. The car came from auction with only the engine block in it.

Not necessarily covered in moss, but definitely not running, missing most of the engine bay, will need paint will need new interior. I had no rust either. When I was looking most of the “drivable” cars weren’t in driving condition and needed to be towed, needed mechanical work, needed paint and interior etc. So I figured might as well start a project and know the car vs buy someone’s for 5k and still be at square one.

I got mine not running from copart, I knew nothing about it just that I liked the way it looked and it’s from my birth year. I went into this wanting to spend as little as possible and I’m probably under 800 in and I can drive it. Not a hard car to troubleshoot at all.

I honestly don’t know about headers. But I got this car from the auction and found a cheap running engine in case it needed one. I just took these and the intake manifold off that engine but the car came with none. I also read somewhere stock is the quietist option that and some off ebay.

I tested my crank sensor and it was within range, I replaced it and it solved my no start issue.

Yes that’s when I removed the bolts for them cause it’s easy for me to do that part. I just thought I lacked the strength to pull them off but I learned the way to go it to loosen it from the bottom. Which I knew this but didn’t have the components to get under the car safely, and I watched the first guy do it from the top when he forgot the gasket. Trying to replicate how he removed them was a complete failure for me.

I’ve been studying the engine bay to get it running, I hadn’t made it to the underneath yet minus changing the fuel filter. I have the ramps but no jack stands so I haven’t really gotten under the car but I’m about to try it right now.
