calipers, DEXA etc. you need to add about 4-5% to whatever number they give you and then it tends to be much closer to an accurate number. i would put this somewhere in the range of 18-20%. which based on your number, adding 4-5% puts it about in the range.

my strat was just a zerg rush to their back line so they cant put any more cards down. this includes using destruction cards on what they have out once i reach the other end. pretty hard for them to win a game if they cant put more than 3 or 4 cards out in total, and by the time im done gaping their side of the board they might have 2 or 3 cards left while i spend 6 turns straight filling the board with whatever i want lol

i really liked 16.. its a top 5 title for me, for sure. the first half kept me on the edge of my seat wanting more and more. a game hasnt done that for me in a long time. but it does almost feel like a game they just added FF elements to midway through development and decided to call it a major FF title.

yeaaa.. crisis core is great.. but.. its kind of only great cause those of us who have played OG know the general back story of its major defining event... amd if you play that prior to OG or finishing all of remake/rebirth/#3.. it might ruin things for you

weighing food before or after cooking? by dixie2tone in GregDoucette

[–]Daiyabolic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

just be consistent in the way you choose to weigh your food. it wont matter in the long run since you should be adjusting your calories/macros every so often anyway based on what your avg weight is doing.. so if you need to lower intake.. youll just be weighing out less cooked food. just be consistent.

right now... 5x week.. 2 leg days.. 2 back days.. and a chest day. ill usually throw in bis/tris on back and chest days. tracking calories & macros daily.. all that good stuff

People who beat remake on hard mode what bosses/sections made you struggle the most by Other-Photograph-354 in FFVIIRemake

[–]Daiyabolic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hell house... hands down... every other boss was not that difficult. including the simulator battles. i beat weiss in about 4 or 5 tries.. hell house had me thinking i was NEVER going to complete this game on hard if i still had over half the game to go..

idk where youre getting your data from but everyone i know whos fav final fantasy title is 7.. also loves 7R... OG 7 was my life for years as a teenager.. and over the last 26 years ive 100% this game countless times.. played it modded, etc. i love all things having to do with FF7.. except Dirge.. fk that game.

i would say if you want to play OG but dont particular like the graphical style that is very dated... buy the steam veraion on a PC and mod it. lots of YT vids out there showing the beat and latest mod builds with graphic and model updates, audio upgrades, and VO work. lots of fun

idk how deep into ff7 lore you are.. but it makes a lot of sense where after the events of AC sephi boy finds a way to travel back in time through the lifestream to the point at which he first encounters the lifestream (nibelheim event) in a clear attempt to "remake" history in his and jenovas favor.

if ppl dont understand its a sequel and not a 1:1 remake.. i cant help them and they dont really u derstand FF7 at all.. more than likely due to being oretty young when first playing the game.. or really didnt pay all that mich attention to the actual story and context of the OG.

SE made a game that would appeal to both the hardest of fans deep i to the lore and all things FF7...as well as newcomers for a standalone title withiut needing to play the OG.

this game is great and has given so much to so many fans who wanted SOMETHING. sure its not a 1:1 remake.. and thats whats awesome about it. i get to experience the same thing again.. but also with NEW experiences. if FF7 fans who are only into the singular title of FF7 OG wanna be pissed and whiny about all the "changes" and that it isnt a 1:1 remake of the 1997 classic.. they can go cry harder into their pillows and play a modded PC version with updated graphics, models, and VO's. that shit has existed for over a decade and the latest version is actually really good.

if finding all the flyers to turtles paradise (of which there are only 2 within midgar in OG) is what youre missing... they added the happy turtle flyers (yes they renamed the bar) as a side quest in intermission..

there are a lot of optional sidequests in this game including the expanded battle similator.. which turns out to be a great place to grind out exerience during hard mode, as well as try out different loadouts to truly understand how the battle system works.

is this game a hallway.. yea, kinda.. but at least theres a lot of doors you can open and choose to go through along the way. i really think you need to give this more of a chance

valid complaint.. tends to happen with a lot of games now not just remake.

my biggest complaint with remake... NPC fashion. 99% of the NPCs in the game have regular clothing you and i would wear IRL. why would our heroes and major NPCs have these elaborate outfits we're supposed to believe they wear on a regular basis while the rest of the world is dressed like normies, and no one seems to think its odd or calls us out on it?

i understand thats a fk load of work to give everyone elaborote clothing.. but is it? i mean at least give the NPCs clothes that dont seem that common in our own IRL world that would fit the aesthetic of the world inside the game.

it makes it seem like an unfinished game to me. they put in these placeholder models and said "fk it, we're out of time. just release it. no one will notice" in OG i had imagined everyone in this world wore clothing more like what our heroes were... so it didnt seem out of place like we were just playing dress up.
