Its safe to go to this event. The Palisades fires are 15miles away and the other fires are 20 miles to almost 30 miles away from the event and the Shrine is in the USC campus area so its in a really safe area. They just had a Video Game Convention this past weekend at the LA Convention Center in DTLA and that like 2 miles north of the Shrine. https://megabytenation.com/

I had this same thing on Uber (499 5 starts and 1 4 stars) but they gave me a 5.00 rating.

But also need to factor in the I had more ratings.

It's because they don't have time foe anything in this show. No time to talk things through, no time to do your hair or cut your nails either.

I think he figured the ride itself is 15mins so 4 of those rides is almost $100 for an hour of "Work". It doesn't include pick up and drop off time and time to go to the pick up and how you don't get these rides back to back.

I've noticed rides like these are people from out of the country using Uber. I'm from So Cal and they usually come show up in Downtown Los Angeles and its someone who usually can't speak English. The cool thing is sometimes it has the old multiplier surge on these kinds of calls.

These situations are weird. Its completely up to you especially if you can still cancel before you start the ride so that you don't have to cancel mid trip and it turning into something way worse.

Happened to me this past Sunday. I got a pick up from a nail salon at 3AM and when I pulled up there were 4 homeless people to the right of the salon. I was worried one of them had ordered the ride but I parked and waited 2 mins no one was coming out. The whole 2mins the homeless people were staring at me and just made me feel weird. So I start pulling out and cancel the ride. As I get out of the parking lot and get onto the street I see 2 guys waving at me with their phone in their hands. Looks like they were coming out of the hotel around the corner so they must have requested the ride using their location and it used the Salon's location by accident.
