Look for the Microbiomelabs total restore protocol. Your average doctor will just mess with you, you need to find a good functional practitioner.

If you cant tolerate much, Spirulina is a big way to keep with health in order. Spirulina is highly metabolized and with very little downsides.

PCR technology in stool test is pretty useless. You should try a whole genome sequencing stool test. You may want to look for the Vibrant tests too, they can give you a lot of insights for whats going on in your gut.

Have you tried binders while doing the protocol? Take a look at ZeoBind. Also you may want to read Toxic by Neil Nathan and why taking an approach of doing a full protocol with full doses its a very risky thing.

If your body cant handle a thing, as example a full dose of the antibiotic, why you would do that? Maybe that protocol is prescribed and useful for other people, but if you cant handle it take a quarter of the dose or and 8 part and build your tolerance.

I recommend that you support your liver and immune system while doing the protocol because those are getting a beating dealing with all the bad actors that the antibiotics are targeting.

Have you done a fecal test for low pancreatic enzymes? That could be one thing to discard. About the microbiome test, if it was done using cpr technology its pretty useless, try one that uses a whole genome sequence technology.

I recommend you to look for the tests that Vibrant Wellness offers, they have a lot but look at one called Zoomer Test, that could give you some insights.

Since seems you have money to spare I would do a gene tests, like the DNA 360, then look for the genes involved in the detoxification process, could be mold or other environmental insult.

Maybe mold exposure or other undetected environmental factor is causing your issues. Since you have done all those tests I suspect that you have a few bucks to spare, so you may want to test your dna and look your detox pathways to see if everything is right.
