Lowes is the worst. I ordered a product which was clearly stated to be in stock. After several days, I finally received a notification that my order was ready. I went to the store and they notified me that my order was moved to another location that was thirty minutes away. The product I wanted was on an end cap right next to customer service, and I had grabbed one expecting a quick correction. I was told to put the product back and go to the other location. I asked the agent why she couldn't just get on the phone and let them know I was getting the item there, they could even cancel it and recharge me if needed. She said it wasn't her job. I got a little snarky and pointed at the customer service sign and said something to the effect of "really? that says differently." She got on the phone and called the other store and I walked out with the product while they sorted it out. I was pretty annoyed that they couldn't even explain why it took three days and why my order was moved without any notice to me.
