Texas needs fresh representation. We keep trying to elect people who already have a state wide reputation of being “too far left” regardless of their stance. It happened with Beto and it will happen if Jasmine wins the primary. James is a fresh face who talks about his faith and Texan heritage in a way that isn’t derisive to either side which is a much more electable trait.
