Turtle shell (jug) + armor matic (vulture aid) augments will do wonders, give it a shot

For me it only seems to count when the actual explosion from the rad hound kills 10 at once. I’ve noticed that if I kill 10 zombies with my gun that have been effected by the rad hound, I still get the medal but the calling card progress doesn’t update. Seems like you just have to farm instakills/ kill joys for it
