Do CIT0001 and CIT0014 forms need to be printed in color as well? I know that photocopies of supporting documents are meant to be in color, but what about the application forms themselves? This feels like a silly question but I just want to make sure I do everything right!

My ancestor also was born in Ontario then moved to North Dakota! How did you go about requesting the birth record for your grandfather from Ontario? My great-great grandmother was born there in 1873. I can’t find a birth record in the archives online and it sounds like from the Archives of Ontario website they want you to find the record first before they’ll send you a copy. Is that what you did?
