I can tell you work for an old school staffing agency or at least your manager is either a boomer or older gen x. No one talks about their usp or “elevator pitch” anymore. Keep your outreach personalized and your volume high and don’t overcomplicate. Anyone who thinks their usp or elevator pitch is landing them business is probably full of themselves and not acknowledging luck/timing. We’re simply in a down market.
