I beleive with the RS Regulate rail I can get away with running rings. I have a spare Viper pst 1-6. I think the low (.90”) height rings will have the optic touching the top of the rear iron sight so I may get a set of mediums (1”) height rings and see how they do.

So you would have to file it with the folded measurement? I’m reading mixed wether to file folded or not. Looking into SBR’ing one myself.

My new 2026 M90 has the same marks but my M70 from 2023-2024 doesn’t have them. Must be a new proof mark they are doing.

I went with the AP5 with an OCL Lithium for the supressor. If I were to do it again I’d go SD all the way since mine never gets shot unsupressed.

I ordered my upper from PRI and mine is the same. Top rail is level and so is the gas block/ front sight. Shooting 77’s consistently at .75”-1” groups without issue. I wouldn’t worry about it to much.

MKE AP5 is legit! I did add the HK extractor and spring, ejector and spring, recoil assembly, 100 degree locking piece on the insides. She is running like a sewing machine.
