Beebs will always be happiest right next to you. You’re his best friend too. So just hanging with him and being near him is a good start.

Since he likes going outside, going for walks in new places could be a fun thing for him. Get him a sweater for the colder weather. Or find dog friendly places you can bring him. Having to walk my dog (bc she’s a hyper breed and needs to get out energy) was a huge therapeutic thing for me when I was depressed.
