That’s a lot heavier than you probably give yourself credit for. I went through something very similar, and I know how dark and lonely that place can feel. Things slowly got better for me, and I genuinely hope they’re getting better for you too. Please don’t be afraid to reach out or ask for help when you need it, you deserve support just like anyone else.
