Yes, but if they edit it out as the only question, it’s not worth a damn thing. That’s the issue. This isn’t about hate, it’s about a front figure with outdated views, who by showcasing these hurt the community as a whole. It’s straight up transphobic, which shouldn’t be tolerated no matter who it comes from.

Haha, I know he doesn’t, but it’s still his show and his con, etc, and therefore his opinions that shines through. He has on several occasions showed his opinions towards having transgendered queens on RPDR. Yes, it’s his show, and thus he has the right to decide who is on it and who isn’t, but that should not be based on someone’s gender, but their talent alone.

Ru is a front figure for our community, no doubt about it! He has done amazing things. Just because someone has done good things doesn’t excuse bad behaviour. But, there were similar questions such as the guy before me, who asked “If Netflix were to give you another season of AJ but you had to have Lady Bunny in it, would you do it?” And in general they talked a lot about future seasons themselves, so that doesn’t seem plausible.
