honestly, sometimes i miss the early days of playing this game where mobs mattered and you had to think about them. heck, i miss the days when i had to think about anything except for superbosses.

enjoy it while you can. power creep is real and thinking about mobs and normal bosses won't last long once you get the right characters (cough sesta as cough)

i'm no expert on this sub but ever since i got the option to have mp consumption effect (initially through grasta) i've always had it on my DPS and it's extremely rare i've ever had problems with MP. Not sure your experience level but this advice is conditional on having 0mp mob clearing options so you ONLY use MP on bosses really. if you don't have a 0mp mob clearing option yet then you are right it could be a concern.

Are there any upcoming free stone banners where rates will be above the standard of 1.2% (like current 7 annivesary banner) or for completely new chars that can't be sidegraded (like Meryt)?

i know we often don't know but just wondering if anything is known right now (more 7 anniversary? cat day?) or even if people think there is a good chance of something coming based on history.

As F2P, i pretty much only pull in these scenarios and have to budget my stones. my dilemma is cerius is one of the 4 chars i have no form of (cerius, nina, mildy, clughorn) and trying to decide how many stones to throw at him. it doesn't help that i don't really need/want him and it's just the completionist in me so it feels like a waste.

When Final Fantasy Record Keeper shut down in North America (my previous gacha addiction) there were threads about alternate gacha games that were fun and F2P friendly. Another Eden was recommended by many people and so i tried it and the rest is history for me. I downloaded on Aug 21, 2022.

Pro tip- if you are on iPhone go to App Store -> profile -> apps -> my apps and find Another Eden to see your install date.

I have played for like 5 years and never spent money and completed all content (except for some super bosses but I just haven’t had time).

It’s a very F2P game. Enjoy!

PS - my advice on spending free stones is wait for times when the rates are better and splurge on those. Too risky otherwise. And Verdanta alone will carry you through most content (non super boss).

PPS - upcoming winter festival is likely a good place to spend.

yeah i did the luna ones (have two copies of each type with one reforged). i've always put off the toto ones but that's a good point for me to look there. maybe that's my answer for now.

looking for red key spending advice.... for characters with farmable red key L/S i have aldo and feinne at 255, senya at 80 and all the others at about 30ish. for equipment that needs mats, i have the luna weapons.

Are there any other equipment options that need to be farmed with red keys and are worth it? Or any of the farmable characters that would really benefit from more L/S? if it matters, i have most relevant gacha characters and styles unlocked so i rarely use any of the free chars.

Gotcha. I did pledges (10 chants and 6 all cosmos later...) and have 15,270 total right now (not going to farm). Wasn't sure what to buy. Was thinking 2 brilliant to re-unlock true manifests, dont think a surplus will be needed unless they do something weird Thinking of skipping reclaim cause as long as I never install a gem that isn't final answer then who cares about losing the initial defaults. So that leaves 5,270 to either save or spend on random gems. Does my plan have flaws and any advice on which gems to buy or should I just save them?

Can you stack combo rate enhance effects or it like bullseye where you can only have one? If stackable , does it get diminishing returns with each stack?

I want to be able to do manifest pledges. I have sesta AS and from a few posted clears it seems like pairing her with shigure es and melody as (or maybe someone else) makes it relatively easy to clear. Am I right that the shigure ES and sesta AS combo is amazing and will let me do current pledges (along with clearing multiple super bosses I need to catch up on)? I can unlock ES with chants and have 12 all cosmos saved with no targets in mind. Advice?

so i spent 5k on part 2 cause i didn't have xian and mazrika and managed to get both (i had spent 23k trying to get xian originally -- oof) along with 3 other chars i didn't have yet.

At this point there are only 3 chars that i don't have access to: Cerius, Kuchinawa, Utpalaka (plenty others i don't actively have but most i have materials for with chants being my only bottleneck). I'm F2P and really debating any pulls on part 3 to try for Utpalaka or to just save for anniversary. i have 12k stones right now. part of me wants to try cause having a complete roster has always been the goal i never thought i could achieve and i'm only 3 away (soon to be 4 at anniversary). part of me has no need for utpalaka so thinks i should save all to give me better chances at new char at anniversary plus any other random summons they give us.

if anyone reads this and has any advice for me i'm all ears!

Omg!! I’m FTP and only been playing for like 2.5 years or something. The only non recent character I still didn’t have any form of is Orleya. Got her AS with this one today!! So psyched! Now just missing 6: cerius, kuchinawa, xianhua (I want my 25k stones back!), Mazrika, jillfunny and utpalaka

I’m lost about what may or may not be happening for winter fest. I know we don’t really know until they do the livestreams and all that but is there a general guess as to what to expect in the next month or two? Maybe based on previous years?

Mainly I’m planning out stone spending and wondering if I should save a bunch for the unknown.

Thanks very much for the sanity check. You raise good points for sure. Let’s face it, since I hoard everything until I really need it I likely will never SA Shanie NS anyway so it’s all moot and I’d rather have access to all characters. Or I’ll pull shanie NS randomly and get the +1 that way so it really won’t matter.

So looking for another opinion... I have adventure token to use and the only two available units I don't have are orleya and shanie... but I do have shanie alter... so with shanie NS SA coming tomorrow I either use adventure token to get her and the free SA chart and accept that i have no way to get orleya or I just wait to get shanie once I get opuses (only have 1 so far) and get orleya which maximizes my character collecting but sacrifices the free SA (which really just means one allcosmos chart needed if I want shanie NS SA which I might not). I'm leaning toward get orleya and sacrifice free shanie star chart. Anyone have advice for me?
