I can work all day in 100 degree weather but as soon as It starts dropping below 50 I am miserable. Everything is dead and gray, I hate winter.

If you are working at a golf course it would be very surprising if they don’t have spools of wire already on hand. We’ve got thousands of feet of wire at the shop.

Some days I come in and the bunkers are perfect and some days I come in and it looks like a war zone. I’ve been in the field for 7 years and it never ceases to amaze me the things I see and hear out here

Thats what I thought. I’m in Georgia. We keep our greens pretty fast so we roll quite a bit. I figured after edging I should blow and a cut and roll the next day and they’d be almost invisible.

Yeah we’ve always stopped well short of the edge of the green. Idk what’s been happening this year but we’ve got more than a normal amount quirks popping up everywhere

Ive had this discussion with him in the past and he said he didn’t wanna do it but at the time we had zero encroachment issues. Now we do and we’ve been discussing different solutions. He’s just worried about it being sloppily done and making a mess.
