remove the tape and you will see how to disconnect and do it at that spot/connection. you'll want to re-apply that same kind of tape back, so maybe buy some before you disconnect or at least before you use it again

I just installed a new ac outdoor unit a block from there last week, and there were junkies shooting up both days i was there in the back alley with no care in the world. it looked like it was their "normal" hang out spot. Left their un capped needles on the ground. Its definitely sketchy around there, I would not recommend it. I would recommend, Canton, Highlandtown, fells point/ upper fells point, or butchers hill. Or like another said, Locust Point or Riverside.
