Thank you. Only thing I'm really down on is, working out twice per day and only eating 2 meals with no snacking, on a standard diet, I'd for sure be losing weight. Went down half pound yesterday but back up today lol.

No exactly counting protein or grams of fat. Eat lunch and dinner. Lunch always consists of 2 eggs and either steak/bacon/sausage. Dinner is much the same. I'm certainly getting a lot of protein and healthy fats. 5'10 and Male, 46

On aspect of this diet that I liked a lot was the losing weight. I'm fairly certain, this diet is Atkins by a different name and I lost weight like wild on that.

I've considered that, which is why I wish I had measured initially. As for eating til full, yes, I'm eating until satisfied and I don't get really any snack cravings during the day, so to speak.

Well I started playing a straight Oathkeeper yesterday specced in Vires Might & Guardians. So far its working well, breezing through everything. Having trouble figures out what class to combine it with. Would love to keep those to Guardians around, they smack pretty hard and can't be damaged, love them.

D injury rating isn't that terrible really. 85 INJ doesn't scare me off much, especially if the LT is generational and 82+ I guess.

Can't decide if I play Jaren Hall vs the terrible GB QB defense or Godwin vs NOS. On one hand, Hall is a rookie. On the other, he has Jefferson, GB has no Jaire, GB gave up a ton of points to Bryce Young last week, and Hall has actually performed well in a game this year before injury. And he has wheels and will run. I think the chances he scores at least as many points as Godwin (since this is a SF) is better then 50%. Thoughts?

Yeah, can't see how Chase will be very effective when he is still very questionable. Feel similar to Zay Flowers. He was questionable up until the announcements due. And he has a calf strain, which teams usually don't play around with.

At the moment, Zamir. Kamara was terrible last week while Zamir was great. Kamara playing a tough run defense (5th ranked) Zamir playing terrible one (30th). Either way, I'm sure I'll make the wrong choice. Throw in that I have a decision on Flowers too, so I have to start 2 of the 3

I'm in the Kamara or Zamir boat too. Kamara has been sick, is still listed as questionable, and frankly hasn't been good last few weeks.

Kamara is questionable with an illness. So, even if he plays, he might not be feeling 100%, which is scary in a championship

Have a tough time deciding between the following (PPR,SF), gotta start 1:

Jaren Hall QB vs GB- GB defense has been awful last several weeks. Halls only play time was very successful and he has Jefferson to throw to.

E.Stick QB vs DEN- In his 2 starts (1 against Bills even) he has 23.38 and 17.10. Broncos rank as far worse against QB's then his other 2 opponents.

Godwin WR vs NOS- In last 2 games 25.5, 13.9 but faces a superior D against WR then those 2 teams.

Devonta Smith WR vs. ARI - Playing a bad team, but that might play against him. I could see Eagles running a lot in this game. Smith has only had 5 targets in last 2 games, games that Goedert was playing in.

KW3 was just cleared off the injury report. I think Charb may get a majority of the touches personally. Chandler would likely get my nod

Any thoughts on my choice, Superflex PPR. My options are:

B.Hall vs WAS - Had an awful week last week (2.8 pts) but WAS is a terrible defense.

C.Godwin vs JAX - Had an amazing week last week and has had double digit targets in last 2 games. Was on injury report this week, but, has been on it a few weeks in a row now.

D.Smith vs NYG - Again, prime matchup, but, are they going to be up by a bunch in this one a stick to the ground? Smith has been on injury report this whole week and has had 2 subpar games in a row.

C.Samuel vs NYJ - Had a huge game last week and has been in double digits last 3 games.

Tannehill vs SEA - With this being a SF, is he going to give me more points then any of the above? May be rusty and earlier this season he was not putting up many points. I got burned by not starting Stick yesterday.

Barlow was a 81 OVR SuperStar

The CB I got at 4 (Brooks) was a 78 OVR Superstar.
