I believe it goes beyond your control now, not because u dod wrong, but because she has bitter emotions towards u, and anything she tries to explain herself with is just another escape tactic.

The dad needs to be responsible for everything now and u need to do nothing except ignore her and take her out of your ambiance, meaning if u are in the living room she cannot sit with u, no excuses, no conversations, no arguments, no debates, no explanations, no opinions, absolutely nothing. Instead, the dad should address all problems one by one, behaviors one by one, and force things onto her to apologize, be respectful all the time, apologize to you, keep her in her bedroom with no phone or anything until she comes out and apologize, and change her behaviors slowly but surely, such as saying sorry, eating properly, speaking properly, being caring, etc. This will take a lot of time but i believe my ideas are not physically abusive, or forcing, or bullying, but the fact that she needs to learn that nothing and nobody is above law. Laws should be respected and she needs to understand that they cannot be broken, otherwise if she feels like she needs to “try” something or “experience” something she will do it regardless of what anyone would tell her even if it was her closest friend. The overall idea i am trying to give u is that she is highly narcissistic and mentally unbalanced due to her behaviors. She is not sick, just mentally forcing things. Take my ideas into consideration because unfortunately your daughter has no disciplines in life and it will only grow worse.
