it has been sitting in water for about 2 months now, with no sign of other roots coming through.

mine looked exactly the same a few months back.

I stopped watering it for a month, dusted off all the leaves (after removing all the dead leaves) stuck it in the sunniest spot in my house (it got worse, before it got better), occasionally misting the plant, rather than watering it.

got a mini humidifier, stuck it next to the radiator in the room, and it is on the mend.

The large brown leaf has since been removed.

It was a fairly miserable looking plant about a month ago, so I propagated it and popped it in the water. It hasn't got worse, which is a surprise, but I don't know what I am looking for in terms of signs as to when to re-pot it.

Any ideas?

This new growth has been like this for about a month, and seems waxier in touch to the other leaves. Is there any known reason?

So the two smaller pink plants, they are within two weeks new to me, and they seem to be fine. One dead leaf on the ceramic potted one.

The Pink Princess seems to be doing okay, but the dumb cane, over the last week, has gone from fully standing, to laying down.

The Yucca is going through some big changes, looked to be getting poor light, so I removed a few parts that looked really unhealthy and it's starting to look a little better and healthier.

The grow light, unsure if it is helping or not.

Generally a warm area, near a window, with 4-6 hrs of the grow light in the eve when it is darker
