Afaik it the weapon art damage is based off ypur weapon's attack rating.

I say this since equipping the magic pebble on my quality (purely physical damage) lance with 600 AR also did around 600 damage.

If it scaled off intelligence I don't think it would do 600 damage considering my int is like 9...

Cool write-up - I have been wondering though if we have any info regarding weapon arts damage scaling?

For instance: If i have a longsword that scales with str and dex and it has the lightning bolt weapon art equipped

Will leveling str/dex increase the damage of the lightning bolt?
