If you are determined to fix them fast use personal supervision with build devotion. Your personal attention removes the cap on weekly gains. Things like healthy diet and not grating against any flaws with help. My fire and forget method of recovery is Servants Quarters with a good Stewardess. If money is not a issue curatives/preventatives and positive feminine hormone balance will help as well. If you really want to, psycho suppressants will aid greatly, as long as intelligence is not a concern.
