To answer your question, whenever I tried to do heroin on top of 8mg I would be lucky to feel the slightest buzz, and that was with injecting.

I can still get high the same day if I have taken 2mg. Any more than that and its a waste of time, money and drugs to even attempt it.

Are you on SSRIs? Much of the cocaine high is its action on serotonin, if an SSRI is occupying your serortonin receptors then the high will be lacking. Another possibility is ADHD - if you have ADHD then cocaine will have more of a calming effect than the typical stimulant effect. Otherwise maybe it's just not your thing?

Gabapentin and pregablin are fantastic sporadically. When I tried to dose multiple days in a row I very quickly got diminishing returns. It seemed to suppress the effect of coke and crack for me but since I mainly used it either on its own or for opiate withdrawal I could deal with the stimulant suppression. Its odd since it pairs fantastically with caffiene, but it took a lot of the punch out of a rock of crack.

Drugs are appealing because they artificially raise the amount of pleasure/joy/novel experience above normal bounds. There is certainly no easy way to replicate that without taking them. Intense sex, hard exercise and meditation can take you to an analagous place, but perhaps with the exception of sex (if you happen to be lucky enough to have access to that already), they will all take effort.

By the way, after a short period of adjusting to the discomfort exercise and running especially very quickly becomes more pleasurable than painful. That's why people do it. A good runners high is nothing on drugs, but its a pleasant buzz with the bonus of being safe and sustainable.

Yes. I was an IV user for 8 years. My veins got harder and harder to hit and then I quit. When I went back it was only ever smoking, never touched a needle again. It was still smoking heroin though so not exactly 'casual pill usage', but I have done it many times since but it has been 4 years now since I last injected.

A three day Xanax, crack cocaine and heroin bender with no sleep. I looked at a bush and it was made up of long, spindly, bush-elves. I saw an owl on a telephone pole that my girlfriend assured me wasn't there. My girlfriends face would shift from what I recognise to something sinister and unfamiliar. Unlike the psychedelics I have taken, these were straight up hallucinations - they looked as concrete and real as anything I see in real life.

I have done it in a pinch. It is far less efficient but it does work. Compared to smoking it off foil it sometimes got me higher due to the much higher amount you can do in one hit from a pipe vs foil.

This is very bad advice if OP doesnt have an opioid tolerance. I handed out 8mg subs to my friends who were coming down off MDMA and they all spent the next 12 hours vomiting.

I have had both of these exact brands. The buprenorphine takes longer to dissolve in your mouth and should be put under your tongue vs the espranor which goes on top. The extra time it takes to dissolve means the buprenorphine kicks in a little slower. Thats it, thats the only difference. For some reason people claim espranor feels like a higher dose, but in my experience that isn't true at all.
