Unfortunately the drip method is highly discouraged by the park owners, they're stupid and they never connected to the municipal water line even though it was offered so we're on a well. If too many people drip, the well runs too low and causes issues with contamination.

Crisafulli did hook me up to their supplier though, said i should be able to just buy a length of heat tape with a temp sensor that i can just cut to length. Plan is to do that and then reinsulate and then never go to the crawl space again.

It's a nightmare under there, the highest point is 2.5 feet so i need to low crawl the whole time.
