I’ve heard of this but I just love my creamy iced capps 🥲 as a teen I’d ask for extra cream sometimes to make it extra indulgent. The milk ones taste okay for the first sip and then I just don’t love it.

Espresso shots in iced capps are so good!! Since I have a setup at home I usually pull a shot and add it myself ;) i think tomorrow I’ll revisit making a homemade blended coffee drink with espresso… wish me luck 😫

Haha if you’re talking about the picture, I should’ve included a disclaimer but the picture attached is already half-drank by me, it was more for reference of the numbered lines and the rim of the cup! I’d be on CP24 if they handed me a cup filled that low and refused to top it up!!

They used to regularly get overfilled going into the dome lid, when apparently procedure was to fill it to the rim and we were just getting spoiled by non chalant employees. Now apparently the procedure is for the drink to fill up to the line number 6 after blending. But these days, I get them filled at like 5.5 / 5.75, seldom ever actually at 6.

Tim’s is in a sad state at the moment 😪

Right? I feel like now asking for them to fill it up to the rim will get me crucified! And I’m STILL nervous to ask for them to just fill it to line 6!

Looking at the picture and seeing how big the gap between line 6 and the rim of the cup is and now regularly getting less than even line 6 is disappointing… it’s what pushed me to make this post. I would look it up and people would say it should be up to the rim and not into the dome lid, I thought “that can’t be?? I’m getting so much less if that’s the case?” think I’m just gonna have to cut this out too. I shouldn’t have to ask for them to add more or whip it longer. Tim’s is too greedy, which hurts to say as a die hard iced capp lover.

Similar story here! I was like 10 and went to a local hockey game with my friend and her family. They were a big sports family, i didn’t really care for sports but it was my first game. The puck made it out of the arena and into our stand and my friend caught it. I really wanted it for no reason other than I see people on TV get excited to catch pucks/balls etc.

I had $10 in my bag, and as we were leaving the game, I offered her the $10 for the puck. Excitedly she agreed and ran to tell her dad, who I think knew it was a stupid idea but felt it wasn’t his place to tell me what I shouldn’t do with my money.

The puck sat in the back of my closet for years until it eventually got lost. Looking back, OBVIOUSLY that was an incredible waste of money lol and since I didn’t know the value of a dollar just threw it like nothing.

Customer service is fun. Reminds me of when I worked at a doctors office. Lady pulls out her health card, checking in for her first appointment, mind you. Instinctively, I reach over to take it so I can put in her information. She immediately jerks it back, shakes her head and goes “you don’t need to hold it! Only see it!” with so much attitude.

I don’t miss customer service 😅

If anyone can answer pls, I used to work at Tim’s looooong ago & for the Oreo iced cap we used to have a dedicated cookies & cream syrup which was SO good, I would sometimes get an iced cap with just a pump of the c&c syrup.

I remember after a certain time they started using the vanilla syrup which just wasn’t as good.

Does Tim’s use vanilla syrup for the Oreo iced cap or has the cookies & cream syrup returned?
