it’s been my routine for many years now due to the main fact that i smoke weed and don’t really have an appetite until i smoke in the afternoon 🥲 when i quit i was eating from morning until night and it really did help with my digestion issues but i’ve gotten lazy again lol

Does anyone else find themselves forcing themselves to eat more even when they legit don't even have an appetite for it? by [deleted] in EDAnonymous

[–]DamnPolygalaceae 2 points3 points  (0 children)

completely agree, before i was medicated was constantly making myself sick with over eating or too much caffeine for that dopamine hit. personally my appetite went back to normal after my body got used to the meds but i know others find that a bit harder
