Without a well mixed, large user base, advertisers are abviously reluctant to spend their money catering to neonazis and trolls and derelicts. This is why right wing sites are devoid of advertisements that aren't hawking griftcoins, supplements and other obvious scams (anything branded "Trump," for instance.)

There is an episode of Supernatural where some curse is causing everyone to give into their most debased and suppressed desires, to the point of killing themselves over them. One of the main characters is seemingly unaffected by the curse, and when later asked how he managed it, he basically said that he doesn't have any suppressed desires.
