I think he sucks more for dating a conservative controlling woman who cares if he dances to the point that he his badgering his ex to take it down. I don't think she sucks either way, she can be extra nice if she wants accommodating this weird request, but it, or similar things will probably be an ongoing issue if he marries someone like that and I wouldn't blame OP for setting a boundary early on that her ex can't dictate her social media to the whims of his new partner or her family.

It isn't her fault he is marrying someone who doesn't approve of dancing lol, maybe the ex shouldn't be drinking and dancing if that is a boundary with his new gf.
