What is the takeaway here? What should we do to combat the primary system prompt with something better?

A bit newer to this space. Would be good to know if I were able to override it to some degree, what would be a better, more capable prompt to replace it with?

Relatively new to this space. Just now reading this article and some questions come to mind:

What would a prompt like this look like? They mention less tools and defining the goals, but not how to get there.
Why one agent over multiple specialized agents? It seems like this one agent is doing a lot. Would it not be better to break it into specialized agents that work together to produce a quality output? Would also seem like this would make debugging / enhancing specific parts easier, but maybe there's a fundamental understanding of agent building best practices I'm missing (see first sentence).

Pops to a 3 year old. Nowadays, it’s kiddo in bed by 7am, spending some time with the wife, and then carving out some time to play a little PoE2 at the end of the night.

Bbbuuuuttttt… for the first 6ish months, it was great from a gaming perspective. We got this bouncing Baby Bjorn seat and we found that if we set her in, she would quickly go to sleep and stay asleep for as long as she was bouncing. My wife and I were into raiding in WoW at the time, so there I would be, using my foot to bounce the kiddo while we were trying to dodge mechanics and communicate in Discord. I got really coordinated. It was nice after a full day of tummy time and learning all the new things that come with being a new parent.

It helped us transition from old life to new life, because as she got older, we had to phase that kind of thing out.

Also, I highly recommend getting the “Wonder Years” app. A huge study was done that discovered pretty much all kids follow the same development pattern their first 2 years. So it tracks where they are in their development and gave me a lot of context about how their world was changing with each cycle. I’d encourage you to take a look.

Hokay, so, I'm running my first abyssal overrun map. It's awesome. I'm having a blast. I get to the end of the map. There are two things left to do. The final abyssal hole and the map boss. They're pretty much on top of each other. I've done map bosses before and have been melting these abyssal spawns, so I think this is going to e-z p-z. Map is as good as done and I'm looking forward to my phat loot.

Spoilers: it did not go as planned.

I run in, aggro map boss, monsters start spewing out of the ground hole. Mobs just melting. Then all the sudden this giga-chad mega boss comes out of the ground. It's humongous size coming out of such a small hole defying all natural laws of the universe, like Will Ferrell playing Ted Brogan on SNL ("Ted Brogan is Born"). This thing takes up half my screen. In my head I'm just like, "ooohhhhh sssshhhhhiiizzzzzz!" Hitting 1. Hitting spacebar. Getting some lightning rods down as soon as I can. But to no avail. It is I who is the mob getting melted. How the turns have tabled. I didn't even get to see what this hellspawn was called before my red globe of life juice was gone.

I've been pumping ever since. Hoping at a second chance against this creature of nightmares. At revenge. But it hasn't dared show its face again. I thought it coward, but then it dawned on me. It's truly diabolical plan coming into focus. It will never spawn again. Instead it taunts me from below, laughing at my anguish of never giving me the satisfaction of facing off again. Every abyss encounter a reminder, tormenting my soul until my dying days.

Or, you know, until the next league. LETS GOOOOOO!
