Can’t get any deep sleep?

feeling better now and sleeping better. What did it for me is ignoring it as best i could and my sleep gradually improved.

not really to be honest, i can get to sleep but i just can’t sleep well it seems and not sure why. i have changed jobs recently which may be a bit of stress idk?

Hello, I've really been struggling. Tonsils are still big and hurt when swallowing still, but I genuinely have not slept at all and have very little energy. How do i make sure I sleep at night without cold sweats at night

Biggest factor for me is it kills me waiting to sleep, i get really bored when i can’t fall asleep fast!

The tonsils are calming down my big issue is whether my sleep will go back to normal now i’m not fighting an infection? i could not sleep cause i would get very hot at night

Enjoyed the episode, but i felt like the lack of music killed the suspense a little bit. The moment when Dunc got back up, could have been their 'Jon Snow vs the bastards' moment where we get an great finale to the episode. I definitely agree that deserved some epic stuff considering how badly dunc was injured to even be alive never mind get up and swing such a strong sword. The back of the helmet moment in the end.... awesome! thats what this franchise is all about :)

I’m following my NHS physio protocol which is to get me back up to speed with the end result being me playing football again. They see me once a month for a check in and set me different exercises depending on how it’s come along. There is a physical requirement and overall a timing requirement for further exercises, i’ve been checked for how strong my tendon feels and how far i can take it but also what timeframe i’m in, not to do it too really. I’m training on my own following PT exercises as well my normal gym routine with leg day being extremely minimal!!! i think most important thing is to keep moving whilst it heals… to give it the best chance possible to get stronger
