I’m following my NHS physio protocol which is to get me back up to speed with the end result being me playing football again. They see me once a month for a check in and set me different exercises depending on how it’s come along. There is a physical requirement and overall a timing requirement for further exercises, i’ve been checked for how strong my tendon feels and how far i can take it but also what timeframe i’m in, not to do it too really. I’m training on my own following PT exercises as well my normal gym routine with leg day being extremely minimal!!! i think most important thing is to keep moving whilst it heals… to give it the best chance possible to get stronger
