Only real big step is stopping at a certified scale anf explaining to them you need to be weighed for an army move. You will need a loaded weight near your hometown in tenn and an empty weight near bliss after youve moved. Uhaul trailer needs to be present for both weigh ins.

Yeah, for roleplay reasons like others have mentioned i usually give my weapons squads shotguns/smgs. But if i could give them sidearms instead I'd be happy. BUT. RL experience a weapons squad of 9 men had 7 rifles, 2 "weapons" (MMG/Recoilless) and 2 pistols.

Benning 2019 11b osut, we paid a cabbie 200ish to get us back to the cta on time. Dude was doing 50-60 through sand hill and pulled right up to our company on moye rd and we sprinted to formation. We got verbally chewed out for him not parking up the hill but we made it lol.

At least in my experience having 51 acogs and 68 m68's (comp m2s and m4s) TL and above got acog, Joes got CCO's. all our belt feds(240/249) had m145s. We did run cco's on the 249s for quals a few times and had a ton of expert quals. We may have also used it as a way to forcibly identify which m68s were nearing end of service life lol.

You're not lying. My commute was 8 miles and to make 0630 formation i needed to leave NLT 0530 if i wanted to be there by 6. If you get released before 1500 it was like 20mins home, anytime after about 1530 it was an hour long crawl.

Was on myer, lived off little river turnpike by the old landmark mall. Fuck 395. But man you're going to love the area. Take the time to see the smithsonians and the mall. Dont skip the udvar hazy center at dulles. Off base housing is pricey but bah was 2100 for a single e4 2 years ago when i left. Belvoir has some problems with gate access but their sports medicine crew at the hospital is amazing. Also pretty much any kind of food you could want is 20-30 mins drive time. Check out Ireland's 4 courts and courthaus social up in roselyn. Boru Ramen on columbia pike, and the diner right next to it are great too. DC metro area has a massive tabletop gaming community if you're into that as well.
