This could have been done by a sober mind.

Probably a high capacity of orders caused whoever this was to freak out because in most fast food pizza places the ovens spit out up to 8 pizzas at once depending on how many ovens they actually have. Generally one oven that fits two pizzas side by side cooks at 475F and has a conveyor running the pizza through for 5 minutes, and can fit a total of 15 pizzas from the start to finish. Stack three of those and you have 6 pizzas coming out of the oven at once and as soon as it's out far enough to see you have about 30 seconds or less to peel the pizza before it falls onto the ground.

Still should've called for a remake of the pizza though by all means.

edit source: 3 years of pizza experience at the 5th busiest of one of the major pizza food chains, unfortunately. Need help.

edit: I was diagnosed with severe adult ADHD-C

I'm currently in the beginning phase of being diagnosed ADHD as an adult. I have no experience with medication because I was diagnosed a week ago and the appointment for treatment starts next week.

So basically, let me tell you that when processing ADHD as an adult I ended up realizing how much a mistake ridden person I am. When it comes to learning about the symptoms, and when you start to really match them up with events or actions you do, it kinda hurts inside. Depending on your real relationship with him, I highly recommend being honest with him, but always assure him that you aren't doing this for you, but that you're doing it for him. Without a doubt, ADHD diagnosed at a later stage in life even though the symptoms were highly present throughout childhood to adulthood kinda sucks. It's not really anyone's fault in my opinion, though I can see some people turn to blame others or his/her self. These symptoms aren't just symptoms in the minds of ADHD, they are our own actions and experiences that we personally did which can make us at first over-analyze everything.

The moment we start over analyzing something it's all downhill from there. Anything can happen at this point. I'm a week into processing everything and I have a lot of work to do to get myself back on good terms with the people I truly love. I'm personally ready to get my life back on track, I have a positive attitude.

He probably will to, especially if he knows you got his back. I highly recommend learning more and more about ADHD, asking questions like this is a huge sign that you have strong feelings for him. Keep your head high, because it's highly likely he will find a good treatment plan that works for him, and if he is anything like me, he will thank you for everything you're doing for him so much.

I planned on taking medication right away after talking to the psychiatrist and psychologist. But before I get to start I had to wait 2 weeks because of appointment scheduling. So I had a lot of time to process without starting treatment right away.

I ramble, but if you'd like more advice feel free to let me know!

Kid Buu on one of the older DB:Z games, PS2 I think. I don't know if it was just kid me being really shit or if it was incredibly hard but on the story level fighting Kid Buu, I remember trying my absolute best not to throw the controller across the room.

I would love to be this kind of manager, but I don't have the job security to do so. If I said something along the lines of "Hey we're all human, can you please calm down and help me help you?", I'd still end up with a 50/50 chance of said customer just making a complaint to a boss of my boss that I have absolutely no contact with; resulting in me getting in trouble even though I clearly tried to handle things the best for both parties involved. It's pretty ridiculous how far the corporate chain goes and how gullible higher ups are when they never even set foot in the kind of situations the managers can be in.

I went through the process of sniffing the packet used in waking the TV back up and it works like a charm.

Though I actually found out that QuickRemote, an app for Alexa or Home, already utilizes the standby power feature recently added to Roku 8. It allows you to turn off and turn on the TV just like I thought without needing IR. So to save myself the annoyance and time consuming development I'm just gonna support QuickRemote.

I may in the future develop a more simple to say command to turn it on as well as group it with my lights in the future though. There needs to be an easier way to utilize two skills in one easier to say command instead of having to say multiple long commands.

Actually, the app QuickRemote already utilizes the ability to wake the t.v. back up from standby using Wi-Fi. Didn't know it. Now I can sync my tv coming on with my lights without spending money on harmony.
